Yummy food of Orange County
I am getting so excited for my upcoming trip to Newport Beach! We will be staying in a beach house near the fun zone. There are so many fun things to do in Newport but for now I am going to show you some of the yummy places I am going to eat! Mmm mmm good!
The Side Street Cafe
Ruby's Diner on Balboa Pier.
The Cheesecake Factory has some delicious food as you all know. My favorites are the chicken and biscuits or the Chinese chicken salad.
I heart Wahoos! My husband always jokes that he is going to open a Wahoos here in Utah. That would be a dream come true! I could eat at Wahoos EVERY day!
This place is on my list to try this year. I had a few tastes of the crab last year when my brother ordered take out. Yummy king crab legs!
Bj's has some dang good pizza. Dine in or carry out!
I haven't been here yet, but I am going to try it out. I have only heard good things.

Deeds,
ReplyDeleteLet's try and head to Santa Monica and go to The Ivy at the Shore too. You'll love it!!!
I love Wahoo's (more than In N Out). My favourite one is on Bristol by the Hilton. But for convenience there is a Wahoo's at South Coast Plaza now too (in the new building with Crate & Barrel, Apple store, etc.).
ReplyDeleteAnd be sure to check out The Paper Source - which also recently opened up at South Coast (though I prefer the Beverly Hills store).
I will have to check out the paper source store! Thanks for telling me about that. Any other places I need to check out?
ReplyDeleteIn N Out is overrated! If I want a mediocre hamburger I would go to a school cafeteria.

ReplyDeleteThese all sound like so much fun! I don't think that I'm going to be going to Newport this summer and this post totally made me jealous of all of the tasty food you'll be eating.
I can't remember if you like cheesecake(for some reason I think that you don't) but my favorite cheesecake at the factory is called Adams Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple. wow. thats all I have to say.
I also tried a really good thia (sp?) dish that had good noodles and peanut sauce.
You'll have to ask my dad, but the last time we were down there we went to a really good mexican place - I think I even liked it better than bajios!
Anyway, hope you have fun!
