Blogger's Recipe Roundup-Campfire Cookies

Fahrenheit 350° is sharing her recipe for Campfire Cookies with us today.
Make sure to stop by the next Art Market to try out some yummy treats from Fahrenheit 350° or you can order some here.

Campfire Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
Cream together butter and sugar until incorporated

Add:
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat thoroughly

Add:
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips, or one giant Hershey's bar, chopped
1 cup mini marshmallows
Stir to incorporate
The fun part about these cookies is that you actually bake the cookie on top of a whole graham cracker.

Bake at F350°, for no more than 11 minutes (after 11 minutes, the graham cracker will burn).
Some of the marshmallow may toast off the cracker, but simply remove the cracker from your cookie sheet and quickly transfer to a wire rack.
Yields 4 dozen

Enjoy!

  6. Hi,

I attempted this recipe and it didn't turn on to be thick and "formed" after mixing all together and the dough tasted like straight flour. Is there something that you forgot to add in the recipe?

Still turned out ok though. They look nothing like yours. haha

    Thanks!

  9. Uhm, I tried these and they weren't very good at all. We ended up throwing the entire batch away. They looked NOTHING like the picture. I'm super sorry but they just weren't very good.
