Cornbread

I got this recipe for cornbread a few years ago from my sister in law. It has quickly become a family favorite.
Out of all the cornbread I have ever tried, this is by far my favorite recipe!

 Cornbread

1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Stir all ingredients together and pour into a greased 8" square pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Not only does this cornbread taste so good but it's super easy and fast to make.
