Cupcakes in a Jar

One night while I was playing on  Pinterest I saw this cupcake in a jar
I thought it was a fun idea and decided to make them for my book club earlier this week.
They were really easy to make, especially since I used my Babycakes mini cupcake maker and the delicious Betty Crocker Decandent Supreme Cinnamon Swirl Cake Mix. It also helped that my nice sister made cream cheese frosting for me too.
I think these would be a fun treat to bring along on a picnic don't you?
The mason jars I used were 8 oz. and held 2 mini cupcakes with two layers of frosting.
