The LIttle Book of Skin Care

I recently read a book about skin care that I loved, The Little Book of Skin Care. I know that probably sounds weird but really this book is packed full of really great information to help one achieve their best skin. The book is focused on Korean beauty secrets for healthy skin. It is a must read!

Author Charlotte Cho also has a great blog and website, SoKo Glam. It is full of great advice and Korean skin care.

I have been trying some of the products from SoKo Glam and have to tell you about one in particular. The Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack has quickly become one of my favorite products. It is a super hydrating mask to wear while you sleep. It is a light weight gel that you smooth on your face after cleansing. You can literally see little water droplets on your skin right away. Living in Utah my skin gets so dehydrated (lacking water not oil) and it can be hard to find good products that help my skin retain water and moisture. The Lioele Sleeping Pack left my skin feeling soft and hydrated in the morning. Did I mention it is only $16?

You can receive $10 off your order by clicking here.

Feltman Brothers Dresses

Feltman Brothers children's clothing has been a tradition in my family for a long time. I wore Feltman Brothers clothing as a child, Brody wore them and now my girls are wearing them. In fact, Sadie and Samantha even wore some of the dresses I wore as a baby. All four of us wore special Feltman Brothers dresses and romper (for Brody) for our baby blessings.

Feltman Brothers has been making beautiful, hand embroidered clothing since 1916. The quality is amazing! Even looking at the  dresses I wore over 34 years ago they are still in impeccable shape. The classic styles are timeless. I can't wait for my children to pass on to their children, not only their Feltman Brothers clothes but mine as well.

I was so excited when Feltman Brothers sent Samantha and Sadie the white and pink dresses from the Rose Garden Collection to try out!  The detail is so beautiful! The smocking, pin tucks, and hand embroidery is perfect. They are made from high quality fabric and wash up so well. The girls get complements every time they wear their dresses!

I was provided with product to review, although all opinions and love of the company are 100 percent mine!

Emily from Designer Blogs whipped up this Facebook landing page for me.
I think it's a great little welcome, don't you?

It's too bad that Facebook is doing away with these welcome pages with the new timeline format.
I personally like them. What do you think?

Shopping Red Envelope for Valentines Gifts

With Valentines Day around the corner it's time to start thinking about Valentines gifts. One of my favorite places for gifts is Red Envelope. I have purchased quite a few gifts there over the years, a favorite being a leather cufflink box for Travis.

Red Envelope makes it easy to find the perfect gift with suggestions for her, for him, for kids, for Valentines Day and other occasions. It's really quite easy to shop their website.

I may have recently ordered myself a little Valentines gift from Red Envelope. I saw these red pajamas and couldn't help myself. I also ordered these darling little lion mittens for Brody. I was so excited when the package arrived, they shipped so fast!
Here are some of my favorite gifts for men at Red Envelope

I also love these gifts for kids

Have you shopped on Red Envelope before?

I was compensated for this post, though all opinions are my own.

I Have a Serious Crush on PB Teen

Whenever the new PB Teen catalog arrives in my mailbox I find my self crushing.
Look at this Suite Sofette and Striped Armchair and tell me you don't have a crush. It's hard not to.

I also love this vanity. If I had an extra $1,200 in my pocket it would be mine.

Have you purchased something from PB Teen for yourself before?

Easy Canvas Prints and Family Photos

I was approached by Easy Canvas Prints to review their services. Since we just had our family pictures taken I decided I wanted to put a family picture on canvas.
I was really surprised at their low canvas prices. Right now they are offering 25% off all canvas and free standard shipping.

The process was really easy (hence the name) and only took me a few minutes to create my canvas and checkout. I loved my canvas so much that I decided to order more when I saw the big Cyber Monday Sale. I can't wait to get them so I can hang them all together.

Don't judge the picture I took of my mantle, it's horrible.

Easy canvas Prints provided me with a canvas to review. All opinions are my own.

I Love Pinterest

I recently just joined Pinterest (thanks for the invitation Becky) and I love it!
For those of you that don't know about Pinterest, it's like a virtual pin board.
It's a place to collect, store and share all kinds of things- party ideas, crafts, recipes, products, you name it.

Before Pinterest I had this silly method of cataloging ideas I found on the internet. I would save the link to my favorites and then I would save the picture to my computer. The links and picture files became bigger and bigger and there was no organization to them. They were a mess!
With Pinterest I can store all those ideas in one place and organize them into collections. I'm in love.

Are you on Pinterest?

Rhodes Blogger Demo

Last week I had the opportunity to go to the Rhodes Bake N Serv kitchen for a special bloggers demo. When I walked in I was greeted with the aroma of freshly baked bread. It smelled so good!

Rhodes had a slide show of all of the bloggers who attended.
I have to show mine off.

Heidi V taught us how to make the most of Rhodes products. You can read about it on Kathy's blog.
Did you know that every Rhodes package contains a no fault guarantee? That means if your bread doesn't turn out right they will replace it for you.

Heidi did such a good job. Not only was she funny but she is very knowledgeable. She taught us how to make all kinds of rolls and other bread dishes. You can learn how to make some by watching these instructional videos.
After the demonstration was over we got a chance to taste all the food. There was so much food we even got to take left overs home.
You can book a Rhodes demo too for only $3 a person.

I love Rhodes Cinnamon rolls!
It's a good thing they made a lot of them because I couldn't get enough.

Rhodes sent each of us home with a Fresh Ideas With Frozen Dough cookbook, a Rhodes Bake N Serv apron and a certificate for free Rhodes product.

Another highlight of the night was chatting with some fellow bloggers.
Some I already knew and some I met for the first time.

Keersten, Andrea, Carly, Camille

I wish I would have taken a picture of everyone there.
You can use the Rhodes product finder by entering your zip code to see where to find the nearest Rhodes products.
A big thanks to Rhodes for the fun night!

Check out what the other bloggers had to say.
