A few years ago I bought this collection of Little Golden Books at a swap meet. I was so excited to save them for when I had kids. Now I just hope Brody will enjoy them.

A BIG happy birthday to my favorite boy! On our 2nd anniversary I made a list of things I love about Travis and thought I would post the list again.

1. The Kisses he gives me before he leaves the house
2. His driving abilities (best driver ever)
3. He has a nice body!
4. Not only does he cook for me but he cuts my steaks for me too
5. The daily calls on his lunch break
6. He shares his soda with me even though he doesn't want to
7. He is a thoughtful gift giver
8. His Halloween costumes (or lack of)
9. He loves my cabin just as much as I do
10. He walks around the house singing songs from Les Miserables
11. He sings really loud in the shower
12. He doesn't laugh at me when we play softball
13. He buys big tubs of bubblegum ice cream for us to share
14. He respects his parents
15. He loves my nieces and nephews
16. He calls me Nanner
17. He will grab a bag of chips and call it dinner
18. He hangs the towels up the right way (my way) just because I asked him to
19. He holds my hand in big crowds so he won’t lose me

To add to the list, he is the best dad!

Brody Bear

All of a sudden Brody is getting so big!

• He is growing out of his clothes
• He is wearing bigger diapers
• He is smiling for us
• He sleeps in his own room (this happened awhile ago)
• His legs are getting very chubby
• He doesn't cry every time we change his diaper ( he hates his clothes off)
• He is sleeping longer

Dianna's Must See Musicals

My cousin Brandy made a list of her favorite musicals. I wanted to play too!

Here is my list of must see musicals.

This is my all time favorite musical! I wanted to be a stripper when I was little because of this movie. I thought Natalie Wood was so glamorous! Maybe it was the glittery outfits.

After watching this show you will want to dance every time you get in an elevator.

You can't go wrong with Judy Garland! Her voice is amazing. I always loved the little sister Tootie.

One of the best Christmas movies. I love everything about this musical. The costumes, the music, Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, etc...

Fun, fun, fun! This movie is plain old fun! Plus you can't beat Louis Armstrong singing Hello Dolly!

I love Debbie Reynolds Innocent character in this movie and who knew Leslie Nielsen could be a serious actor?

Another great Debbie Reynolds musical! Every time I watch this show I find myself singing all the songs for days.

Pig Apple Pizza

Last week Travis picked up some Big Apple Pizza for us. It was delicious!

I have lived down the street from Big Apple as long as I can remember and had never tried their pizza. Big mistake! We will definitely be back soon.

Another good place to pick up pizza is Robintino's. Go for a plain cheese pizza.

1 Month Old

This weekend Brody turned 1 month old! I can't believe I have been a mom for a month. It seems like we just came home from the hospital last week. Nothing speeds up time faster then a baby.
Brody is growing so fast!

• He has already started growing out of some of his clothes

• He is sleeping longer through the night
• He is eating more and more
