I am loving Betty Crocker Lemon Frosting! 

It is really good and doesn't taste like regular store bought frosting. 

We like dipping our alphabet crackers in it.

Book Exchange Party

I love this book exchange party from Reid Girls Handmade.

 Who wouldn't want to go to a party where you get to take a book home?

Babycakes Mini Cupcakes

Last Christmas my parents gave me a Babycakes mini cupcake maker.
I have been meaning to try it out but I kept forgetting, until last weekend.

I decided to color my cake batter for some fun bright cupcakes. 

They were so easy to make, I didn't even have to preheat the cupcake maker. 

Each cupcake took about 2 tablespoons of batter and only about 5-7 minutes to cook.

They tasted so good we ate them before we had a chance to decorate them.
Babycakes also sells a donut maker, a whoopie pie maker and a cake pop maker.

I am dying to try out the donut maker.

I Love Pinterest

I recently just joined Pinterest (thanks for the invitation Becky) and I love it!

For those of you that don't know about Pinterest, it's like a virtual pin board. 

It's a place to collect, store and share all kinds of things- party ideas, crafts, recipes, products, you name it.

Before Pinterest I had this silly method of cataloging ideas I found on the internet. I would save the link to my favorites and then I would save the picture to my computer. The links and picture files became bigger and bigger and there was no organization to them. They were a mess!

With Pinterest I can store all those ideas in one place and organize them into collections. I'm in love.
